All items shown are one of a kind and custom made. Those shown as being currently available are in my inventory at this printing. If you see a style that you like please contact me and I will let you know what styles, finishes, and what materials I have in stock to be able to fulfill your request. I will make every effort to accommodate those requests. Please contact me with any questions you might have.

For your convenience, we accept secure payment via Paypal.

Shipping

Orders will be packaged and shipped within 48 hours of purchase and payment. The only exception would be custom work and "made to order" items. We ship USPS Priority Mail. Our mailing box will accommodate more than one pen. If you order multiple pens for shipment at the same time only one shipping charge will apply. Please inquire how this might apply to your order. Please contact me for other shipping options.

Refunds and Exchanges

I strive to provide accurate descriptions and photos of all of products. If you experience a problem with your order or are unhappy with the product, contact me within 48 hours of delivery. In the event your purchase is damaged in transit, please contact me immediately and I will resolve the issue. Returns for reasons other than damage will be handled on a case by case basis. Typically, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund as well. Returns of custom orders or personalized items cannot be accepted.
